This app allows you to comment, reply and manage comments on Google Drive's file.
You can share it with your friends, coworkers and clients and add comments to the file. You can also manage (list, reply, edit, delete..) the comments of all the files in the specified folder through this app.
This app provides a Drive Share URL to comment on the file. Tell your friends about sharing URL so they can visit and comment on shared file.  Logout  Add Account

This app uses the following permissions to share: "Anyone with the link" and "Can Comment" You should share the file, folder with "Comment or Edit(writer,writable)" permission to accept comments. It may take a few minutes to be able to comment after modifying the file permissions.
